we liked hotel's rooms and the food. henggang subway stop is short way from the place, some 10 minutes on foot. was a welcome base for vacation.
Rooms were dark. Tiny bathroom.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were always willing to help. The restaurant served good food and was convenient. The breakfast was nice. The location was great and close to many attractions. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities like a TV, air conditioning, and a comfortable bed.
The room service was not available even though there was a menu in the room.

The breakfast buffet was satisfying with a nice variety of options. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel's location was convenient for our needs, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shopping.
the air conditioning was not working properly during our stay which made our room uncomfortably cold. We also had an issue with the door's key card and battery which took multiple attempts and over an hour to resolve.
